Built for owners, not procurement departments

Two kinds of buyer, both stuck for the same reason: the thing they need built is not hard, it is just nobody's job.

/ 01

Non-technical founders

You have had an idea for eighteen months. The obstacle was never the tools. It is that your job is finding customers, not learning to build software. You need someone to turn the description into a product that works.

Usually needs

  • A landing page that tests demand
  • A working prototype for first users
  • An AI chatbot or agent
  • A launch-ready SaaS product
/ 02

Small business owners

Your business runs on duct tape and a spreadsheet somebody maintains by hand. You do not need an in-house developer. You need the two or three specific things that bottleneck operations to be fixed, and then to be left alone.

Usually needs

  • A dashboard showing real numbers
  • Automations across your existing tools
  • An API integration that stops breaking
  • A website that actually converts

On-time guarantee

Miss the timeline on a fixed-price build and your deposit comes back. No negotiation, no invoicing games.

A process built to remove waiting, not to bill for it

No discovery phase, no weekly status meeting, no phase two. Four steps from brief to production.

  1. 0148 hours

    Scope lock

You pick a tier or send a brief. We come back with a written scope, every screen, every integration, a fixed price, and a ship date. Nothing starts until you approve it, and nothing outside it is assumed.

  2. 02Day 1

    Asset handoff

A single onboarding form collects logins, brand assets, and access. One call if the project needs it, none if it does not. We select the stack and start the same week.

  3. 03The bulk of it

    Build in the open

Senior delivery from day one, no junior handoff. You get a walkthrough video at every functional milestone and a live preview URL you can open at any point, so there is no reveal at the end.

  4. 04Launch + 30 days

    Ship and hand over

It goes live on your infrastructure, in your accounts, with the repository transferred. Thirty days of support covers the bugs and questions that only appear once real users arrive.

Production software, not side projects

Three of 6 builds, with the figures Google recorded afterwards. Client names are withheld until they give written consent.

#1 in Maps

within 30 days of the domain being registered

A brand-new flooring contractor went from no website to the top of the map pack

Within 30 days of the domain being registered it held the number one Google Maps position for its main service term and was being quoted in Google's AI Overview. Search traffic went from effectively nothing to 92 clicks a quarter at average position 6.4 on desktop. No ads were ever run.

$429,000

store revenue, trailing twelve months

A wood-finish supplier's store tripled its search traffic in a quarter

Search clicks tripled quarter on quarter and impressions rose 156%. The store has traded $429,000 over the trailing twelve months, with roughly $179,000 in its best single month, the clearest link between a build and revenue anywhere in our work.

The parts of an agency engagement people actually complain about

Each of these is a deliberate answer to something a client told us went wrong somewhere else.

A price before a proposal

Every productized tier is published with its price and timeline. You know what a thing costs before you speak to anyone, which is not how most of this industry works.

Senior delivery, no handoff

The person who scopes your build is the person who builds it. There is no account manager relaying requirements to a junior in a different timezone.

Your infrastructure, your accounts

Everything runs on your Vercel, your Supabase, your Stripe, your domain. We do not resell hosting, mark up services, or hold the deployment keys.

Scope written down before money moves

You approve a document listing every screen and integration. It is what the fixed price is fixed against, and it is what stops the argument in week three.

No retainer, ever

Thirty days of support is included, then you are free. We would rather you come back because the last build worked than because you are locked into a contract.

We will tell you not to buy

If Zapier solves it for $30 a month, or your idea needs validating before it needs building, we say so. Turning down a bad-fit project is cheaper for us than delivering one.

FAQ

Questions we get before every project

If yours is not here, send it with your brief and we will answer it directly.

How can you build in weeks what agencies quote in months?

Three reasons. We do not run a discovery phase: scoping is 48 hours, not three weeks. We use the same proven stack every time instead of relitigating architecture per project. And the scope is fixed up front, so nobody spends a month deciding what the product is while the clock runs.

What does fixed price actually mean?

The price on the page is the price you pay for the scope in the written document you approve. There is no hourly overage and no discovery invoice. If you change direction mid-build, that is a change order priced and agreed before work shifts, which is the only way a fixed price stays honest for both sides.

What if you miss the deadline?

Your deposit comes back. That is the whole mechanism, and it is why we are careful about scope before starting rather than optimistic during. Delays caused by waiting on your assets or approvals pause the clock rather than breaking the guarantee.

Do I own the code?

Entirely. The repository transfers to you on ship day, it runs in your own accounts, and it is standard Next.js and TypeScript rather than a proprietary framework. There is no licence, no hosting markup, and nothing that makes leaving expensive.

Do you work with non-technical founders?

Most of our clients are non-technical. You need to know the problem and who has it; you do not need a spec, wireframes, or an opinion about the stack. We translate a description into a written scope and explain decisions in plain language without being condescending about it.

Why are there no client names or testimonials on this site?

Because we have not asked those clients for permission to use them. Their sites are public and we will walk you through live examples on a call, but we will not put a name or a quote on a marketing page without written consent. The same applies to your project once it ships.

What happens after the thirty days of support?

Nothing, unless you want more. There is no retainer and no minimum. Some clients come back for a second build, some hire in-house using the codebase we handed over, some never need us again. All three are fine.

Why is there no hourly rate?

Hourly billing pays us to be slow and makes your budget a guess. Fixed price puts the estimation risk on us, where it belongs, and means the incentive is to ship rather than to extend.

What if my project does not fit one of the tiers?

Send a brief and we will quote it within 48 hours at a fixed price for a defined scope. Roughly a third of what we build is custom. The tiers exist because the common cases really are common, not because we only do those.
