We publish our prices because the alternative wastes everyone’s time
Develop It Today is a productized development agency. Fixed scopes, fixed prices, fixed dates, for founders and small businesses who need software built and do not want to run a procurement process to get it.
Since 2021 we have watched the same pattern repeat. Someone with a real problem and a real budget contacts a development agency. Six weeks later they have had four calls, a proposal with a range instead of a number, and a suggestion that they start with a paid discovery phase. Nothing has been built.
The alternative most people try is a marketplace freelancer, and that fails differently: the price is real but the delivery is not, and half the projects end with a half-finished codebase nobody can read.
Productizing fixes the part that is actually broken: the uncertainty. Most of what small businesses and early founders need is not novel. A landing page that captures leads. A chatbot trained on your documents. A dashboard that pulls numbers from six systems. A workflow that stops being done by hand. We have built each of those enough times to know what they cost and how long they take, so we publish both.
We know what these things cost because we have shipped roughly ~638 of them since 2021, local service sites across 21 US states, e-commerce stores, funnels, CRM builds, and the automation and AI systems that sit behind them. One vertical alone runs the same play in 22 different metros.
What we take on in exchange is estimation risk. If we misjudge a scope, that is our problem rather than a change order. That is why we spend forty-eight hours writing a scope document before accepting money, and why we will occasionally tell you that what you need is a $30 Zapier subscription rather than anything we sell.

How we operate
Six commitments, each written against something that went wrong elsewhere
A price before a proposal
Every productized tier is published with its price and timeline. You know what a thing costs before you speak to anyone, which is not how most of this industry works.
Senior delivery, no handoff
The person who scopes your build is the person who builds it. There is no account manager relaying requirements to a junior in a different timezone.
Your infrastructure, your accounts
Everything runs on your Vercel, your Supabase, your Stripe, your domain. We do not resell hosting, mark up services, or hold the deployment keys.
Scope written down before money moves
You approve a document listing every screen and integration. It is what the fixed price is fixed against, and it is what stops the argument in week three.
No retainer, ever
Thirty days of support is included, then you are free. We would rather you come back because the last build worked than because you are locked into a contract.
We will tell you not to buy
If Zapier solves it for $30 a month, or your idea needs validating before it needs building, we say so. Turning down a bad-fit project is cheaper for us than delivering one.
