Every product is really one feature with support structure around it. Loom is screen recording. Calendly is picking a time. The rest was added after people were already paying.
This tier builds that one feature to production standard: real accounts, a real database, error handling, and a deployment your first users can log into. What it deliberately skips is the second and third feature, the admin panel, the settings page nobody has asked for yet, and the roadmap you wrote before talking to a customer.
Fourteen days works because the scope is genuinely narrow. If the honest answer is that your product needs three features before it is usable, this is the wrong tier. We will say so at the scope call and point you at the full MVP instead of quietly running over.

What's included
Everything in the $3,997 scope
Written out in full, because a fixed price only means something when the scope is specific.
Scope reduction session
A working call where we cut your idea down to its load-bearing feature. It is the highest-value hour in the engagement and it is often uncomfortable, because the answer is usually that most of what you described can wait.
Authentication and accounts
Email and password plus Google sign-in, password reset, email verification, and session handling. Built on Supabase Auth, so it is a known quantity rather than something hand-rolled.
The feature, end to end
Interface, business logic, database schema, and API. Including the parts that are invisible until they break: validation, empty states, loading states, and error messages that say what went wrong.
Production deployment
Live on your domain, on your Vercel and Supabase accounts, with environment variables documented and preview deployments configured for future changes.
Thirty days of post-launch support
Bug fixes and small adjustments for a month after ship. This is when real usage surfaces the things testing never does.
What you receive
The concrete list handed over on ship day.
- A deployed web application on your domain
- User signup, login, password reset, and email verification
- One core feature working end-to-end
- PostgreSQL database with a documented schema
- Responsive interface across mobile and desktop
- Transactional email for auth and notifications
- GitHub repository plus a README covering local setup
- A recorded walkthrough of the codebase and how to run it
What this tier does not cover
Stated up front. Anything here can be quoted as an add-on.
- Payments and subscription billing, quoted as an add-on
- Admin dashboard or internal tooling
- Second and third product features
- Native mobile applications
- Third-party integrations beyond one
On-time guarantee
Miss the timeline on a fixed-price build and your deposit comes back. No negotiation, no invoicing games.
How it runs
From brief to live in 14 days
The same four phases on every build. No discovery retainer, no phase two.
- 0148 hours
Scope lock
You pick a tier or send a brief. We come back with a written scope, every screen, every integration, a fixed price, and a ship date. Nothing starts until you approve it, and nothing outside it is assumed.
- 02Day 1
Asset handoff
A single onboarding form collects logins, brand assets, and access. One call if the project needs it, none if it does not. We select the stack and start the same week.
- 03The bulk of it
Build in the open
Senior delivery from day one, no junior handoff. You get a walkthrough video at every functional milestone and a live preview URL you can open at any point, so there is no reveal at the end.
- 04Launch + 30 days
Ship and hand over
It goes live on your infrastructure, in your accounts, with the repository transferred. Thirty days of support covers the bugs and questions that only appear once real users arrive.
FAQ
Single feature build questions
Answered here so you can decide without a sales call.
How do I know which feature is the core one?
Ask which feature, removed, makes the product pointless. That is the one. If two candidates both pass that test, the product is two products, or it belongs in the full MVP tier. We resolve this in the scope call before anything is built.
Can users pay inside the app?
Not in the base tier. Stripe checkout with subscription handling is quoted as an add-on and adds roughly two days. At ten users, invoicing by hand is often the better call anyway. You learn more from the conversation than the automation saves you.
What if the scope turns out to be too big during the build?
We flag it in the first three days, before it becomes a schedule problem, and give you the options: cut something, add a change order, or move up to the full MVP tier with what you have already paid credited. What we do not do is silently miss the date.
Can you add features later?
Yes. Additional features are quoted individually against the existing codebase, and because we wrote it, second builds are typically faster than the first. There is no retainer requirement to come back.
Is fourteen days actual calendar time?
Fourteen working days from scope sign-off and asset handoff, so about three calendar weeks. The dates are given to you in writing at kickoff.
