Code transfers to you. Deposit back if we miss the date.
This is the tier for founders who are past validation. You have signups, a waitlist, a pilot customer, or a service business you are turning into software. The question is no longer whether people want it. It is whether you can charge for it.
A full MVP is the smallest thing that can hold a paying customer without embarrassing you. That means subscription billing that handles failed cards, an admin view so you can support users without opening the database, transactional email, and error monitoring so you find out about problems before your customers tell you.
This is the largest and least frequent thing we sell, and we scope it accordingly. The individual pieces are familiar: Stripe billing, authentication, admin dashboards and custom checkout flows have all shipped for clients, but assembling them into a product from zero in twenty-eight working days only holds if the scope is genuinely fixed. If the scope call suggests it will not fit, we will tell you before you pay and point you at the single-feature tier instead.

What's included
Everything in the $7,997 scope
Written out in full, because a fixed price only means something when the scope is specific.
Architecture and scope definition
A written technical scope covering the data model, every user-facing screen, and the integration list. You approve it before development starts, and it is what the fixed price is fixed against.
Full authentication and user management
Signup, login, social auth, password reset, email verification, profile management, and role-based access. Team or organisation accounts where the product needs them.
Subscription billing with Stripe
Plan tiers, a checkout flow, a customer portal for self-service plan changes, and webhook handling, including the unglamorous cases: failed payments, cancellations, and trials.
The core product feature set
Typically three to five connected features that make up the workflow, built end-to-end with the states and edge cases that separate a demo from a product.
Admin dashboard
A private view of users, subscriptions, and activity so you can answer support questions, comp an account, or debug a complaint without a SQL client.
Transactional email and notifications
Welcome sequence, verification, password reset, billing receipts, and in-product notifications. Templated and deliverability-configured with SPF and DKIM.
Analytics and error monitoring
Product analytics on the events that matter: activation, core action, conversion, plus Sentry so exceptions reach you rather than dying silently in a user's browser.
Launch support
Thirty days of bug fixes and adjustments after ship, covering the period when real load and real users find what testing did not.

What this tier does not cover
Stated up front. Anything here can be quoted as an add-on.
- Native iOS or Android applications
- SOC 2, HIPAA, or similar compliance programmes
- Data migration from an existing production system
- Ongoing feature development after the support window
- Marketing site beyond the application's public pages
On-time guarantee
Miss the timeline on a fixed-price build and your deposit comes back. No negotiation, no invoicing games.
How it runs
From brief to live in 28 days
The same four phases on every build. No discovery retainer, no phase two.
- 0148 hours
Scope lock
You pick a tier or send a brief. We come back with a written scope, every screen, every integration, a fixed price, and a ship date. Nothing starts until you approve it, and nothing outside it is assumed.
- 02Day 1
Asset handoff
A single onboarding form collects logins, brand assets, and access. One call if the project needs it, none if it does not. We select the stack and start the same week.
- 03The bulk of it
Build in the open
Senior delivery from day one, no junior handoff. You get a walkthrough video at every functional milestone and a live preview URL you can open at any point, so there is no reveal at the end.
- 04Launch + 30 days
Ship and hand over
It goes live on your infrastructure, in your accounts, with the repository transferred. Thirty days of support covers the bugs and questions that only appear once real users arrive.
FAQ
Full MVP questions
Answered here so you can decide without a sales call.
Is this the service you ship most often?
No. Landing pages, funnels, e-commerce stores, and custom business systems make up the bulk of our portfolio; a full from-scratch product is the largest and rarest thing we sell. That is why the scope document is longer and the scope call stricter here than anywhere else on the menu, and why we will turn a project down rather than agree to a date we do not believe.
How many features does a full MVP actually include?
Typically three to five connected features forming one coherent workflow, plus the auth, billing, and admin scaffolding around them. The exact list is written into the scope document you approve before the build starts, so full means something specific rather than something arguable.
Can it handle real load at launch?
For the traffic an early product actually sees, yes: Vercel and Supabase absorb that without special work, and we index the schema properly rather than leaving it to defaults. We are not going to quote you throughput numbers we have not tested against your workload. If you are expecting something unusual: heavy background jobs, large file processing, a launch spike, say so at scoping and we will either architect for it or tell you this is not the right tier.
What if I need to change direction mid-build?
Small changes inside the scope are absorbed. Direction changes are a change order with their own price and date, agreed in writing before work shifts. This is the mechanism that keeps the fixed price honest for both sides.
Do you work with our existing designer or brand?
Yes. Send brand guidelines, a Figma file, or an existing product to match, and we build to it. Without one, we design it, the tier includes interface design rather than assuming you supply it.
What does it cost to keep running after launch?
Typically $50 to $150 a month at early scale: Vercel, Supabase, Resend, and Stripe's percentage. Those are your accounts and your bills. We do not resell hosting or mark it up.
Can you keep building after the thirty days?
If you want us to. Further work is quoted per feature or as a monthly block, but there is no default retainer and no obligation. Plenty of clients take the codebase in-house, which is the point of shipping it clean.
