Business automation services for the work nobody should still be doing
Workflow automation, custom dashboards, and API integrations that connect the tools you already pay for. Fixed price, shipped in one to two weeks.
Every business past a certain size runs on invisible manual labour. Someone copies numbers from one system into a spreadsheet every Monday. Someone re-types order details into a second platform. Someone builds the same report by hand every month because the two systems that hold the data have never spoken to each other.
None of it is hard. It is just nobody's job to fix, so it never gets fixed. We fix it as a fixed-price build: map the process, connect the systems, test it against real data, and hand it over documented.
The return is unusually easy to calculate. Six hours a week at $40 an hour is $12,480 a year against a $997 build. Most automations here pay for themselves inside two months.

What you get
What every build in this category includes
Built on tools you can maintain
Where n8n or Make can do the job cleanly, we build it there so your team can see and adjust it. Custom code is for the cases visual tools genuinely cannot handle, not a default that makes you dependent on us.
Failure handling that alerts you
Automations break when an API changes or a record arrives malformed. Ours retry, log, and notify a human, rather than failing silently for three weeks until someone notices the numbers are wrong.
Tested against your real data
We run your actual records through before go-live, including the messy historic ones. Automation validated only on clean test data fails on contact with your database.
Documented so it outlives us
Every build ships with a diagram, a written runbook, and a recorded walkthrough. When it needs changing in a year, whoever is there can change it.
FAQ
Business Automation questions, answered
The things people ask on the first call, written down so you do not have to book one.
How much do business automation services cost?
An automation pack covering two to four workflows is $997. A custom dashboard is $2,997. An API integration between two systems is $1,997. Anything unusual is quoted within 48 hours of a brief, and the quoted number is what you pay.
How do I know which processes are worth automating?
Frequency times duration times error cost. A ten-minute task done daily is worth more than a two-hour task done annually. If you are not sure, list what your team repeats weekly and we will tell you which ones pay back, including the ones that do not.
Can you work with the tools we already use?
Almost certainly. HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, Xero, QuickBooks, Stripe, Shopify, Airtable, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and anything with a documented API. If a system has no API we will say so before you pay.
What happens when an automation breaks?
It retries on transient failures, logs the error, and alerts a human with enough detail to act. During the thirty-day support window we fix breakages. After that, the runbook covers the common cases and most teams handle them internally.
Is this just Zapier with extra steps?
Sometimes Zapier is genuinely the right answer, and we will tell you when it is rather than selling you a build. We are worth paying when the logic branches, the data needs transforming, the volume makes per-task pricing painful, or you have already hit the wall of what visual tools do.
Who owns what you build?
You do. It runs in your accounts on your infrastructure, and you get the workflow exports, the code, and the documentation. There is no platform of ours to stay subscribed to.
