Next.js is what you choose when the site is a serious asset rather than a brochure. It renders on the server, so search engines get real HTML instead of an empty div waiting for JavaScript. It ships almost no client-side code, so it loads instantly on a phone. And it is a normal codebase, so any developer can extend it.
This build is a custom design, not a theme, not a template with your colours applied. Five to eight pages, written and designed around your offer, with a content management system so your team can edit without touching code.
It is the right choice for technical products, agencies whose credibility depends on their own site, and any business where page speed affects revenue.
Best for
- SaaS and technical product marketing sites
- Agencies whose own site is a credibility signal
- Businesses where mobile speed affects conversion
- Teams who want to own a normal codebase
Built with
- Next.js
- TypeScript
- Tailwind CSS
- Sanity
- Vercel
- GA4
What's included
Everything in the $2,497 scope
Written out in full, because a fixed price only means something when the scope is specific.
Custom design
Designed for your brand and your content rather than adapted from a template. Full responsive treatment across mobile, tablet, and desktop, plus a dark mode where it suits the brand.
Copywriting for every page
We interview you and write the pages: homepage, services, about, and the supporting pages. Structured around the buying decision instead of around the sitemap.
Technical SEO built in
Server-rendered HTML, unique metadata per page, canonical tags, generated XML sitemap, robots file, Open Graph images, JSON-LD structured data, and clean URLs. The work an SEO agency would otherwise charge you to add later.
A CMS your team can use
Sanity or a Markdown-based setup, configured for your content model. Your team edits pages, posts, and case studies in a visual editor, with previews before publishing.
Performance budget
Optimised images in modern formats, minimal client JavaScript, font loading handled properly, and Core Web Vitals in the green on a real mobile device rather than only in a lab.
Analytics and lead capture
GA4 with conversion events, plus forms wired to your CRM or inbox with spam protection and confirmation email.

How it runs
From brief to live in 14 days
The same four phases on every build. No discovery retainer, no phase two.
- 0148 hours
Scope lock
You pick a tier or send a brief. We come back with a written scope, every screen, every integration, a fixed price, and a ship date. Nothing starts until you approve it, and nothing outside it is assumed.
- 02Day 1
Asset handoff
A single onboarding form collects logins, brand assets, and access. One call if the project needs it, none if it does not. We select the stack and start the same week.
- 03The bulk of it
Build in the open
Senior delivery from day one, no junior handoff. You get a walkthrough video at every functional milestone and a live preview URL you can open at any point, so there is no reveal at the end.
- 04Launch + 30 days
Ship and hand over
It goes live on your infrastructure, in your accounts, with the repository transferred. Thirty days of support covers the bugs and questions that only appear once real users arrive.
FAQ
Next.js website questions
Answered here so you can decide without a sales call.
Why Next.js instead of WordPress?
Speed and control. Next.js sites typically load in well under a second with no plugin stack to maintain and no security patching cycle. The tradeoff is that content editing runs through a CMS rather than a familiar admin, and deeply custom layout changes need a developer. If your team publishes daily, WordPress may suit you better and we will say so.
Can my team edit it without a developer?
Yes, for content. Text, images, blog posts, case studies, and team members are all editable in the CMS. Changing a page's structural layout is a developer task, which is the honest tradeoff for the performance you get.
What does hosting cost?
Usually nothing. Vercel's free tier covers most marketing sites comfortably; a busy one runs $20 a month. Sanity is free at typical volumes. It is your account and your bill.
Will our current Google rankings survive the move?
That is what the redirect map is for. We map every existing URL to its new equivalent with 301 redirects, preserve page titles and content depth on pages that already rank, and submit the new sitemap. Skipping this step is the most common way a redesign loses traffic.
Can you add a blog?
It is included. The CMS ships with a blog collection, category support, author profiles, and article schema, so publishing is available whether you use it on day one or in month six.
