Code transfers to you. Deposit back if we miss the date.
This is the entry point and usually the highest-return thing on this site. Two to four workflows, connected properly, in a week.
The typical candidates are always the same shape: a form submission that needs to reach the CRM and Slack and a spreadsheet; an invoice that needs creating when a deal closes; a weekly report someone assembles by hand; a new customer who needs adding to four systems at once.
We build it in n8n or Make where possible so your team can see how it works and adjust it later. You get a diagram, a runbook, and alerting so you find out when something breaks.
Best for
- Lead routing from forms into CRM, Slack, and email
- Invoicing and payment reconciliation
- Onboarding a customer across several systems
- Weekly and monthly reports assembled by hand
- Inventory or data sync between two platforms
Built with
- n8n
- Make
- Zapier
- Google Sheets API
- Airtable
- Slack
What's included
Everything in the $997 scope
Written out in full, because a fixed price only means something when the scope is specific.
Process mapping
A working session on how the task runs today, including the exceptions people handle without thinking about them. The exceptions are what break naive automations, so they are worth an hour up front.
Two to four workflows built
Connected across your existing tools with data transformation, conditional branching, and deduplication so records do not arrive twice or in the wrong shape.
Error handling and alerting
Retries with backoff on transient failures, a dead-letter queue for records that cannot be processed, and an alert to Slack or email when something needs a human.
Testing on real data
Run against your actual records, including the historic ones with missing fields and inconsistent formatting. This is where most automations meet reality.
Documentation and handover
A flow diagram, a written runbook covering what to do when each failure mode fires, and a recorded walkthrough of the build.
What you receive
The concrete list handed over on ship day.

- Error handling, retries, and failure alerting
- Flow diagram of each automation
- Written runbook for common failure modes
- Recorded walkthrough of the build
- Workflow exports you own

What this tier does not cover
Stated up front. Anything here can be quoted as an add-on.
- Automation platform subscriptions such as n8n cloud, Make, or Zapier
- More than four workflows, priced at $300 each
- AI-powered decision logic, which is the AI agent tier
- Custom dashboards or reporting interfaces
- Integration with systems that have no API
On-time guarantee
Miss the timeline on a fixed-price build and your deposit comes back. No negotiation, no invoicing games.
How it runs
From brief to live in 7 days
The same four phases on every build. No discovery retainer, no phase two.
- 0148 hours
Scope lock
You pick a tier or send a brief. We come back with a written scope, every screen, every integration, a fixed price, and a ship date. Nothing starts until you approve it, and nothing outside it is assumed.
- 02Day 1
Asset handoff
A single onboarding form collects logins, brand assets, and access. One call if the project needs it, none if it does not. We select the stack and start the same week.
- 03The bulk of it
Build in the open
Senior delivery from day one, no junior handoff. You get a walkthrough video at every functional milestone and a live preview URL you can open at any point, so there is no reveal at the end.
- 04Launch + 30 days
Ship and hand over
It goes live on your infrastructure, in your accounts, with the repository transferred. Thirty days of support covers the bugs and questions that only appear once real users arrive.
FAQ
Automation pack questions
Answered here so you can decide without a sales call.
How do I pick which four workflows?
Bring the list and we will rank it by hours saved against build complexity during the mapping session. Most teams arrive with eight candidates and find that three of them account for nearly all the time being lost.
What does it cost to run afterwards?
Depends where it lives. Make and Zapier charge per task and can run $20 to $100 a month at moderate volume. Self-hosted n8n is around $10 a month on a small server with unlimited runs, which is why we recommend it once volume is real.
Can I edit the automations myself later?
Yes, that is the point of building them visually. The runbook and walkthrough cover how, and most clients make small changes themselves within a month. If you would rather we handle changes, they are quoted individually with no retainer.
What if one of my tools has no API?
We check every system during scoping and tell you before you pay. Where there is no API there are sometimes workarounds: CSV exports, email parsing, browser automation, but they are more fragile and we price and flag them as such.
How is this different from hiring a virtual assistant?
An assistant costs monthly and forever, and makes occasional mistakes. An automation costs once, runs in seconds, and makes the same decision every time. Assistants are better at judgement; automation is better at repetition. Most businesses need both, applied to the right work.
