What we collect
When you send a project brief or book a call we collect the name, email address, phone number, and project details you provide. When you browse the site we collect standard analytics data: pages viewed, referring source, approximate location, device and browser type, through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
How we use it
Brief submissions are used to respond to your enquiry, scope and quote work, and manage the engagement if you become a client. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful. We do not sell personal information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without a separate opt-in.
Who processes it
Enquiries are stored in GoHighLevel, our customer relationship platform. Analytics is processed by Google. Site hosting is provided by Vercel. Each of these providers processes data under its own terms, and we share only what is necessary for them to provide the service.
Cookies
This site uses cookies for analytics and for attribution, knowing which channel a lead came from. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@developit.today and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept for two years from last contact unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Client project records are kept for seven years to meet accounting obligations.
