Pricing questions
How payment, scope, and the guarantee actually work.
Is the published price really the final price?
Yes, for the scope in the written document you approve before we start. There is no hourly overage, no discovery invoice, and no rounding up at the end. If you change what you want mid-build, that is a change order priced and agreed before work shifts.
How do payments work?
Fifty per cent to book the slot and start, fifty per cent on ship day before handover. Builds over $5,000 can be split into three payments. We invoice in USD and take card or bank transfer.
What if my project needs two services?
Bundles are common, an MVP plus an automation pack, or a website plus a chatbot. Order two or more services together and the total comes down; send a brief listing what you need and the quote will reflect it.
Are there any ongoing costs?
Not to us. You will pay the platforms directly, typically $20 to $150 a month for hosting, database, and email across most builds, plus AI model usage where the build uses it. Those are your accounts and we do not mark them up.
Do you offer refunds?
If we miss the agreed ship date, your deposit comes back. Delays caused by waiting on your assets or approvals pause the clock rather than triggering the guarantee, which is stated in the scope document so it is never a surprise.
Why are you cheaper than a traditional agency?
No account managers, no sales team, no discovery phase, and no office. The scope is fixed so there is no scope-creep buffer priced in, and we reuse the same proven stack rather than re-architecting per client. What you are not getting is a project manager sending you status decks.
